Comparison

Waalaxy vs Swimlane

LinkedIn and email sequences driven from a Chrome extension.

Where Waalaxy is strong

  • Ready-made sequence templates for almost every outreach scenario
  • LinkedIn and email inside the same campaign
  • An email finder built into the flow
  • Short setup — the first campaign runs the same day

Where it stops

  • Contacts live inside campaigns — a real CRM means exporting them
  • No ICP fit levels: in a list, every lead looks the same
  • No pipeline, so tracking stops when the sequence ends
  • Reporting covers campaigns, not relationships

The honest answer

Waalaxy puts a LinkedIn and email sequence into production quickly, and its template library removes most of the blank-page problem. What it does not do is keep the relationship afterwards: leads stay inside campaigns, and the CRM work happens somewhere else. Swimlane starts at the other end — the record, the fit level, the pipeline — and runs campaigns on top of that.
