Contact analysis

Open a thread already knowing where it stands

Forty messages, two notes and three reminders, read into a summary, a next step and a suggested stage. For the conversation you have not touched in a month.

  1. 1 A summary of the relationship and the next step worth taking, on the contact sheet rather than in a report.
  2. 2 A suggested pipeline stage you can accept in one click — or nothing at all, when the reading is not sure enough to move a card.
  3. 3 A suggested follow-up date, so a good conversation does not die because nobody wrote it down.

How the suggestion stays honest

A stage is only suggested when it is clear

A score is an expected value, so even a spread average is the best estimate available. A spread across stage labels means the model could not tell them apart — and moving someone's card on that is a mistake you have to undo by hand.

"No stage" is one of the answers

Most contacts belong in no pipeline stage at all. A closed set with no way out gets answered anyway, so the option to suggest nothing is part of the question rather than a fallback.

The confidence and the stage come from one reading

Asked separately, a model can hand you a high stage with a low confidence. Answered together off the same state, they cannot contradict each other — a thing the old prompt had to ask for in words.

It reads your notes too

The thread, the contact's headline, your private notes and the reminders still open on them. What you never wrote down did not happen — which is the one thing that makes a note worth writing.

Smart

One button refreshes everything the AI says

The refresh on a contact re-reads the analysis AND the reply intents, forced, even when nothing has changed. Answering "nothing new" to a deliberate gesture reads as a broken button.
